Northeastern University Libraries: Baseball Prospectus 2008 (mars 12 at 12:00)
Steven Goldman, Jay Jaffe, and Marc Normandin discusses Baseball Prospectus 2008.
Come get the scoop on who will be this year’s top picks for your fantasy baseball team. Three experts will discuss player performance projections and break down all the stats you need to know before the season begins. This will be a sure hit for fantasy baseball fans of all stripes, and will leave ... (meira)you with the all the info needed to put together an all-star fantasy team. Mark Shapiro, general manager for the Cleveland Indians, states, “Baseball Prospectus continues to raise the bar for innovative baseball analysis every year.” Steven Goldman is the creator of the long-running "Pinstriped Bible" column and companion "Pinstriped Blog" at yesnetwork.com, the "You Could Look It Up" column for baseballprospectus.com, and is a baseball columnist for the New York Sun. Jay Jaffe is the founder of the Futility Infielder website, one of the oldest baseball blogs. In addition to covering the annual Hall of Fame ballot for BaseballProspectus.com, he writes the weekly "Prospectus Hitlist" and the "Prospectus Hit and Run" columns during the season. Marc Normandin is a communications major at Merrimack College. This is his second year at Baseball Prospectus.com, as well as his second contributing to the annual. Sponsored by the NU Libraries and the NU Bookstore.

Einnig þekktur sem?

Sameina

Sp: Get ég sameinað við höfund sem ekki er tilnefndur að ofan?

Sv: Já, það er hægt.

Sp: Ég veit að höfundur er ótengdur, en einhver bölvaður hálfviti sameinar þá alltaf. Get ég tekið nafnið af sameiningarlistanum?

Sv: Já, það er hægt.

Look up! Everything in the "Combine with..." section now has a link to "never combine." Use this feature wisely. "Marc Twain" may be idiotic, but misspelling should still be combined. "Mark Twain" and "Edward Gibbon" should not.

Sp: Hvaða höfundar hafa nú þegar verið merktir "aldrei sameina" gagnvart þessum höfundi?

Sv: No authors.

Q: I am the infernal idiot and I'm right!

Sv: Take it to the Combiners group.

Sp: Hvað ef þessi höfundur er í raun tveir höfundar?

Sv: We're working on a solution, but if you want you can post a brief disambiguation notice in the Common Knowledge section.
